Application Template

This is the template you must use when applying to the site. To apply, copy the required code, then start a new thread. Name the thread with your characters First and Last name. Paste the code and fill out the required information.

If for some reason the code gets mixed up when you've finished, the Admin/Mod will fix for you. Just insure that you have all the info they need for your character.

Remember that if you have any question you are free to ask anyone in the Cbox or PM an Admin/Mod. We will be more than happy to help out.
