The Laws
1. All must obey the Emperor and the Imperial Commander.
2. All must obey their superior in the name of the Emperor.
3. Only those who have learned to read and right may challenge the Imperial Knights and make their way up the ranks of the Empire.
4. None may research the Pokeball as it may anger the Pokemon Gods.
5. None may leave the Empire as it may anger the Pokemon Gods.
6. The Prince and the Outlaws are a threat to the Empire. They are to be killed or arrested on sight.
Odd Facts
1. No outsiders of the Empire have been seen for centuries
2. Everyone who has attempted to leave the Empire has returned with no memory of where they went or why. Some returned that day, others went missing for many years.
3. Every inventor within the Empire has vanished without a trace or died at an early age. Their research always vanished with them.
4. The Empire and the land of Dowr has not changed in centuries. Except maybe, the style of clothes.
5. The only invention that has made it to the Empire is the Pokeball. No guns, electricity, vehicles or even gadgets have been invented.
