Handsomely modest is how most people see him, a lean figure and a casual attitude, just another young fellow with charming features trying to make out in the world; though he can be rather rough around the edges. Sebastian has short dark brown wavy hair reaching just below his shoulders, sometimes tied into a small ponytail while he works, and has light green eyes that seem to flare out with his dark locks of hair.
Being only a wandering physician, he usually only wears a pair of dark colored trousers and a warm colored tunic with a leather belt around his center laden with a two pouches, and a long coat with a high collar with leather embroidery along the sleeves and neck. His other pieces of clothing consist of a set of high brown leather boots with metal coverings over the toe and heel section; he also wears a fashionable black hair with two long silver and green feathers along the side.
Extra’s: A silver chain with a black white/clear stone hangs on his neck, a memoir of sorts given to him by his family.

Having been a bookworm and having gone through his father’s medical teachings, Sebii has gained many logical qualities and can give a person a run for their money when it comes to game a of chess or anything in the field of medical. But even with all his knowledge, there are still many things out there even he doesn't know.

Ambitious: When Sebastian sets his mind to something, there's about a 0% chance he isn't going to follow up with his ideas, though his ideas don’t always work. Sebastian was the first of three children to born into the Thomas family of the Greenlands, a considerably wealthy group of nobles who resided in a quaint manor house within Anise Town. His life was average; being in a wealthy family of doctors his status gave him more opportunities for schooling and other things. Both of his parents were fairly young when their earliest child was born, Mr. Thomas was twenty-four and his wife was only nineteen at the time. Both of them were promising physicians and soon gained a talented reputation not only in their home in Anise Town but all throughout the Greenlands, though their son also reeled in quite a bit of talk in the town, not exactly the kind the two parents hoped for to be honest. As a youngster Sebastian wasn’t really over-energetic or loud like most children his age, he was really quite polite and gentle most of the time but he did get himself into some troublesome situations. Taking his father’s Rapidash for a wild ride throughout the town, hoping to impress the girls though it only landed him into a tree and a stern conversation with his father. Pretending to be herbalist and going out to find certain plants to make into medicine, but regrettably he took a quick sniff from a Vileplume’s stun-spore thinking it was just a normal plant and ended up having his parents cure his feverish state with Salveyo weed. However not all his crazy adventures ended this way, in fact there’s one in particular that stands out from the rest.

It was an early summer morning, Sebastian was ten years old at the time, all seemed well at first but it wasn’t long before his mother became very ill with a high fever, discolor of the skin and cold like symptoms, nothing to serious but it was clear the woman was weak and wouldn’t be getting better in a hurry. His father tried to resolve her sickness but none of his medicines seemed to be working, but Lo! Looking through some of his healing and medication manuscripts he noticed a piece in particular that matched his wife’s symptoms perfectly but the location of the main ingredient of the medicine to be made had been torn out, it was a circular white stone with blue flecks. After hearing of his father’s predicament Sebii remembered seeing a Wooper collecting those white stone like things near Parsley Lake, well it definitely seemed worth a shot so the young boy immediately sought out his destination. At first, after searching for a long while along the lakes shore and even in the water, Sebastian hadn’t had any luck finding any sort of stone, though he did come across a Wooper.

Noticing the curious child the small little blue Pokemon had begun following him around the lake, watching him intently and announcing his presence with a heavy pounce on the boys head and forcing him downward with a loud thud and knocking him unconscious from surprise and impact with the hard ground. When he finally awoke his eyes immediately met with the tiny Wooper, prancing around playfully and wagging his tail excitedly. Oh its tail! The lad jumped to his feet at the sight of several small white stones clinging to its tail. Sebastian tried to explain his reasoning for wanting the little white pebbles to the creature but instead of giving him the few on his tail it led him to a hidden stock of them covered with a layer of large leaves.

Thanking the small being he began to make his way back home but instead of returning alone the young Wooper followed him, clinging to the boy affectionately; almost too clingy. And so this how Sebastian gained his Wooper, or Ooka as he calls him, who in time would evolve into Quagsire, and returning home with more than enough of the ingredients for his mother’s medicine pleased both of his parents greatly. This is what inspired him to become a physician for his career, seeing his mother become well again or any person for that matter was a wonderful thing to see, and even more wonderful when he knew he was the one who helped them. Soon after his parents discovered they were expecting another child and several months later Sebii received a little sister, Ellie. The complete opposite of her brother, who as he matured advanced in his logic of and always had his head in book half the time along with Wooper, his little sister was a bundle of energy and joyfulness. As years went by he also gained another Pokemon, and another brother name Mau. The Pokemon whom he’d captured when he was fifteen was an Eevee, Guren; though he has yet to decide what to evolve it into.

But unfortunately life had its ups and downs just like any other, his father passed away when he was nineteen though his death wasn’t really unexpected. Mr. Thomas had been rather sickly for some time and thankfully from his hard work and savings the family was still well off and would be secured. Sebastian had always wanted see more than just the Greenlands, there was so many other places out there with people to be helped, the Prince was starting a rebellion and maybe advancing more in the worlds technology would be a better idea, Sebii wanted to explore and learn all the experience he could from the neighboring lands. Now after helping his mother and siblings for a while he’s finally set out on his own with his Pokemon, his newly evolved Quagsire and Eevee. What strange happenings will he encounter along the way?

Ooka, who has a rather adorable strange blue squishy appearance, is a very playful and silly Pokemon and has a bad habit of sneaking out of his Pokeball and snuggling around his owners head like he use to when he was just a small Wooper. Though when it comes down to it in a battle or his master is in danger, Ooka the Quagsire will do his best to succeed with a body slam or a hard smash of his heavy tail.
